Sr Infusion Pharmacy TechnicianPosition background: Candidate will be working alongside a group of 4-6 personnel.Top responsibilities for this position: Positions in this function perform various duties related to the fulfillment of prescription orders. Dispense any or all of the following: unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV, related supplies following state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures.Will process, pack and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring drug, related supplies and patient collateral (education materials) are included.May also perform drug/supply ordering and inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment, fill dispensing units.Ideal candidate background: Previous Pharmacy technician experience, preferably Home Infusion, needed. Candidate must be certified state license technician (LA pharmacy tech license required).Work hours: Staggered M-F 830 (900)a - 5-530p.Dress code: Business Casual or Scrubs.Interview preference: In person but will do video if needed. 1-2 rounds will suffice.
