Occupational Therapist Inpatient Neuro Acute Rehab

Nealy Pierce, LLC, a healthcare-focused executive search firm, is partnering with a leading hospital to hire an Occupational Therapist for its inpatient Neuro Acute Rehab service. In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatment to adult patients with neurological and complex medical conditions, focusing on functional independence, safety, and quality of life. You will develop individualized care plans, deliver daily interventions, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including PT, speech, nursing, and physicians. Responsibilities include patient and family education, discharge and equipment planning, and thorough EMR documentation. You’ll participate in care conferences and quality initiatives while working in a collaborative, patient-centered culture that values integrity, accountability, and clinical excellence.
