The Analytics Manager leads KANA's organizational performance measurement, business intelligence, strategic analytics, and decision support efforts. This position partners with Executive Leadership and operational leaders to develop performance dashboards, analyze organizational data, monitor strategic initiatives, and provide actionable insights that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, identifying trends, and transforming data into meaningful information that supports executive decision-making and improves services for the communities KANA serves.
Key Responsibilities- Lead organizational analytics, business intelligence, and performance measurement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategic performance reports.
- Analyze organizational, financial, operational, market, and community data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct business analyses, utilization reviews, organizational assessments, and program evaluations.
- Develop forecasts, business cases, feasibility analyses, and strategic recommendations to support organizational priorities.
- Monitor strategic initiatives and measure organizational performance against strategic goals.
- Transform complex data into meaningful reports, visualizations, and executive decision-support tools.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership, department directors, Tribal partners, and community stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making.
- Support strategic planning through research, analytics, and continuous performance monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, resource allocation, and organizational outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five years of progressively responsible professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategic planning, healthcare administration, finance, operational analysis, program evaluation, business analysis, project implementation, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, KPIs, performance metrics, and executive reporting using Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex information and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Professional certification in business intelligence, analytics, strategic planning, Lean, Six Sigma, project management, or process improvement.
- Experience working in healthcare, Tribal organizations, nonprofit organizations, or community-based services.

KANA's standard full-time work schedule consists of 37.5 paid working hours per week , with 7.5 paid working hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break (8.5 hours on site each day).
