This role expands upon the responsibilities of Field Supervisor II & III positions, offering greater involvement in operations management, staff development, client relations, and strategic field leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support daily field operations across multiple assigned sites Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and security officers to ensure operational excellence Assist management with scheduling, staffing, training, performance evaluations, and field supervision Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident follow-ups to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and responsive service Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for field personnel Ensure all officers adhere to company policies, post orders, and legal/security procedures Respond to emergencies, staffing shortages, and operational escalations as needed Prepare reports, document incidents, and communicate operational updates to management Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and customer service excellence Required Qualifications Minimum experience in security supervision, field operations, or leadership roles required Valid California Guard Card required Must possess current: Firearms Permit Baton Permit OC/Pepper Spray Permit CPR/First Aid Certification Clean driving record required Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and team leadership Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and emergency response situations Proficiency with report writing, scheduling systems, and basic computer applications What We Offer Competitive pay: $23–$26/hour Career advancement opportunities Leadership development and ongoing training Supportive team-oriented environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on operations and company growth Company Description Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator (State Lic. Due to our rapid growth and the increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for professional BSIS-certified Security Officers to join our team. Company Description Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator (State Lic. PPO 16302) that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Due to our rapid growth and the increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for professional BSIS-certified Security Officers to join our team.
