Director of Nursing

Position Overview Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical operations within a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This includes ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, promoting person-centered care, managing nursing staff performance, and supporting positive resident outcomes. Location: Batesville, IN.
