Real Estate Asset Manager: Portfolio Growth Lead

Position Overview Concentric Corporation is partnering with a growing real estate investment and development organization seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a diverse real estate portfolio. This role will work closely with leadership, operations, accounting, and external partners to maximize asset value, improve portfolio performance, and execute strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of real estate operations, financial analysis, and investment strategy, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite) Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational and financial performance of assigned real estate assets Analyze property financials, operational reports, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and value creation Partner with operational teams to improve occupancy, revenue performance, expense management, and overall asset performance Monitor budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and business plans across the portfolio Prepare financial and operational reporting for leadership, lenders, and investment stakeholders Support acquisition analysis, due diligence activities, and asset transitions Coordinate renovation initiatives, capital improvement projects, and operational enhancements Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and long-term portfolio planning Assist with refinancing strategies, debt management, and disposition planning Present portfolio updates and strategic recommendations to leadership teams Identify and implement operational efficiencies and process improvements Work Environment Fully onsite role based in Omaha, NE Collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and strategic initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Business, or related field required 3+ years of experience in asset management, real estate operations, acquisitions, or related fields preferred Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and valuation concepts Ability to manage multiple projects, assets, and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and presentation skills Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities Experience with property management or real estate accounting systems preferred Preferred Experience Experience supporting multifamily, commercial, or development-related portfolios Exposure to acquisitions, refinancing, or investment strategy initiatives Familiarity with property management software platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems Who You Are You are a strategic and analytical professional who enjoys driving operational and financial performance.
