Hiring Event – Thursday, July 30 | 10:00 AM – 3:30 PMWe're excited to meet you! If you plan on attending our hiring event, please submit your application before arriving. Walk-ins are welcome, but applicants who have already applied will have a faster hiring experience.

Layne's Chicken Fingers is officially coming to Boardman, Ohio, and we're looking for incredible people to join our Opening Team. We're hiring Cooks, Cashiers, and Drive-Thru Team Members who are energetic, dependable, and ready to grow with a fast-growing restaurant brand. Whether this is your first job or you're looking for your next opportunity, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Opening Team, you'll help deliver the exceptional food and hospitality that Layne's Chicken Fingers is known for by:

• Preparing fresh, made-to-order food with accuracy and consistency.
• Greeting guests with a friendly attitude and providing outstanding customer service.
• Taking accurate orders at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized.
• Working together with your teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Following food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for both guests and fellow team members.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work well on a team.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
