Seasoned Rn With Homecare Experience
University Home Care Inc is seeking a seasoned RN with homecare experience to join our dedicated team in Livonia, MI. Must have Kinnser experience! In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort while supporting their health goals. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $65.00 to $100.00 per visit, paid bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home setting, including assessments, treatments, and patient education.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize health outcomes.
- Document all nursing activities and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience in homecare nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Southeast MI Regional area.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
