Journeyman Logistician - ILS, Data & QA Specialist

IPT 20-02 Journeyman Logistician - St. Inigoes, MD (contingent) Position Description: IPT Corp, as part of the NAWCAD WOLF Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), supports systems installed and used for ATC&LS operations. Position requires the following responsibilities: Perform tasks required to provide fleet services; equipment improvement programs; technical support; test bed support; repair, fabrication, and restoration support; and Quality Assurance (QA) and system safety support services for various systems and subsystems under the requiring activity’s cognizance in support of United States Armed Forces and international partners. Perform various tasks related to the technical development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapons systems supportability and maintainability. Develop and evaluate various Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documents and plans. Analyze data to establish Allowance Parts Lists (APL). A journeyman-level person typically performs all functional duties independently. Education Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering, Technical, Business, Computer Science, or IT discipline. Allowable Substitution: Six (6) years of work experience in addition to the required experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years of work experience in addition to the required experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum Experience Three (3) or more years of experience. Of the minimum three (3) years of experience required, at least two (2) of those years must be related to military ILS. Clearance US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance.
