HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service Technician will perform repair and installation services on commercial HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Install HVAC systems and components based on blueprints, specifications, and wiring diagrams
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts, such as compressors, pumps, valves, and motors
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Perform emergency repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent and materials used
• Perform energy-efficiency upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety measures and OSHA standards Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service
• xhyhwjd Experience with HVAC controls systems
• Troubleshooting and repair of HVAC split system and package unit experience Preferences:
• Refrigeration equipment experience
• Boiler experience
• EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 or 30 certification
