CyberHire is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing SaaS client seeking an experienced Senior Software Account Representative to join their sales organization. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and helping businesses grow through innovative software solutions.

About the Role

This role is responsible for expanding relationships within an existing client base while also generating new business opportunities. While the majority of customer interactions are conducted remotely, representatives are expected to meet with clients in person approximately 50% of the time within their assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships within an existing client portfolio.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through close.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and CRM while accurately forecasting opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Travel locally to meet with customers approximately 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
• 2+ years of outbound, full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven success prospecting, generating pipeline, and closing new business.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first sales environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
• Valid driver's license.
• Must reside within one hour of the posted market.

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive base salary based on geographic pay area ($58,700–$68,000).

$35,000 target incentive with excellent earning potential.
