Job Summary As Service Supervisor for KONE Detroit Branch, you will drive the service business operations for your territory while collaborating with customers and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture focused on safety and quality, achieve customer satisfaction, and deliver profitable business results. Responsibilities Implement and monitor safety guidelines for local service operations. Provide learning opportunities for your team. Manage schedules and overall team performance. Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals. Leverage new technologies to improve operations. Ensure compliance with quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience. Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union‑represented workforce. Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
