Compensation

Compensation includes a weekly salary of $680.00 plus uncapped commission. Average weekly earnings, including commission, are approximately $900.00 . Because commissions are uncapped, high performers have the opportunity to earn well above the average.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations.
• Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Meet your own personal sales goals while helping your team achieve store objectives. The Store Manager remains an active seller and customer-facing leader.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

What We're Looking For

• Retail leadership, store management, or sales management experience.
