Responsibilities Create and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans for infants. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants. Observe and assess each child's development and progress. Engage in interactive play and activities to promote learning. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom. Collaborate with team members to enhance the learning experience. Adhere to all safety and health regulations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or ECE degree preferred. Previous experience working with infants or in early childhood education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. First Aid and CPR certification required. Patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education. Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of young children. Background check clearance required.
