Job Title: Technical Writer II Location: 6465 National Drive, Livermore, CA 94550-8808 Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension and conversion based on performance) Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Pay Range: $30 - $33 per hour (W2) Job Summary Seeking a Technical Writer II to support the Heart Failure Division by documenting business and operational processes using established templates. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, gathering information from stakeholders, creating process documentation, and maintaining approved documents. Candidates must be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain process documentation using standardized templates. Gather information through meetings, existing documentation, and internal systems. Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to document processes accurately. Review drafts with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and finalize documentation. Upload approved documents and maintain document control. Perform document scanning and general administrative/documentation tasks as needed. Manage multiple documents and projects simultaneously. Follow up with stakeholders to clarify information and ensure documentation accuracy. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Document Specialist. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Associate degree with relevant work experience will also be considered. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce.
