Route DriverCulligan Water is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.ResponsibilitiesDeliver water treatment products (salt & bottled water) to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely mannerPrepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoicesHandle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of serviceFollow all safety protocols and company regulationsConsistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipmentAssist service technicians with installation and removal of water treatment equipmentComplete shop maintenance as assignedEnd-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recapsQualificationsHigh school Diploma or equivalent GED1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not requiredA valid driver's licenseAbility to use a mobile device or tabletDetail-oriented, highly organizedAble to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationshipsExcellent communication skills with customers and teammatesClean and professional appearanceAble to regularly lift 50 lbsAbout CulliganAs the world's leading water experts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
