Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician

Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week) providing family medicine and primary care
• Work with underserved patient populations in a team-based approach to patient care
• Manage your own patient panel and develop long-term patient relationships
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Work alongside certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient care support
• Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday-Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• Must have Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree as Physician Assistant
• Experience in community health and family medicine preferred
• HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
• $3,100 annual CME allowance with five days (40 hours) of CME time
