Schedule:

• 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care CST hospital experience required.
• Certification by NBSTA and DORA is mandatory.
• Ortho/Spine and Cardiovascular (CV) experience is highly preferred.
• Adaptability and a strong focus on patient care are key personality traits for success.

Unit Overview:

• Main Operating Room featuring 23 ORs and advanced medical technology.
• Collaborative staffing: day shifts with charge nurse, multiple RNs, CNAs, and sitters.
• 1:1 patient assignment ratio for optimal surgical support.
• Meditech/CPN electronic medical records system.

Typical Procedures:

• Elective and specialized surgeries across Ortho/Spine, General Surgery, CV, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology.
• No trauma-low-stress elective environment.
• Required on-call duties with a 30-minute response requirement.
