Asset Management Associate

Position: Asset Management Associate Location: Salt Lake City, UT Duration: 6 months Core Functional Skills Operations experience within Asset Management, Wealth Management, Client Reporting, Fund Administration, or related financial services functions Strong understanding of operational processes, controls, and data flows Ability to document business requirements and process workflows Experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Automation & Data Skills Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, data analysis) Experience with reporting automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Seismic, SmartDX, and similar platforms Ability to analyze data sources, identify manual processes, and support automation opportunities Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools is preferred Change Management & Project Support Experience coordinating change initiatives across multiple stakeholders Ability to manage project plans, action items, testing, and implementation tracking Support UAT activities, process documentation, and rollout communicationsComfortable working across Operations, Technology, Product, and Business teams Strong organizational and follow-up skills Stakeholder Management Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical partners Experience facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and driving action items Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate independently with limited supervision Preferred Background 2-5 years of experience in Asset Management Operations, Client Reporting, Fund Operations, or related functions Experience working on reporting transformation, process automation, or operational excellence initiatives Familiarity with alternative investments, fund reporting, or investor reporting processes is a plus Key Responsibilities During Coverage Period Support automation initiatives and reporting transformation efforts Assist with project coordination and change management activities Drive documentation of processes, controls, and requirements Coordinate testing, implementation, and stakeholder communications Provide operational support and help manage execution of strategic priorities Assist with issue tracking, risk identification, and escalation management #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectraforce Technologies
