Job Title: Quality Technician - Manufacturing / Plastics
Location: Easley, SC
Pay: $19+/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Our client provides a stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. They specialize in precision production processes and are committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining strong operational standards. They are looking for you, an experienced Quality Technician , to support production by ensuring product quality, performing inspections, and assisting with process improvements. • Analyze data to identify and resolve ongoing quality concerns
• Review blueprints and specifications to ensure manufacturing feasibility
• Perform dimensional inspections and maintain quality documentation
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Conduct capability studies and support process improvements
• Communicate quality requirements across production teams
• Interface with internal teams and customers regarding quality standards
• Operate CMM equipment for inspection and measurement (as needed)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What you need to succeed:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong math skills, including ability to work with measurements and data
• Experience with quality inspections and documentation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
