Retail Sales Associate - Full-Time

Retail Sales Associate Join the Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Retail Sales Associate in a high‑energy environment where associates work together to drive results. As a frontline ambassador, you will greet and assist customers, maintain a neat, organized and clean sales floor, and support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. You may be assigned to any department: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. Responsibilities Assist customers in locating merchandise. Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping. Ring up sales at registers and/or bag merchandise. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time‑to‑time.
