TRAINING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Duties
In concert with Headquarters functional managers, assists in identification of training requirements for training involving areas such as initial skill training, skill proficiency, aircrew to include formal flying training, career development, and medical training.
Manages formal school quotas for all courses within assigned area of responsibility (military and civilian).
Reviews and analyzes a variety of statistical data, reports and training information to determine if quota usage is in keeping with projected requirements.
Represents the branch at a variety of meetings, conferences, and workshops.
