Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.Raytheon’s Advanced Airborne Radio Frequency department has an immediate opening for a Principal Systems Engineer who is committed and passionate about creating innovative and cost-effective Electronic Warfare solutions to support the Electronic Warfare business area relating to Electronic Support (ES) and Electronic Attack (EA) capability development.What You Will DoSupport firmware development and integration for Electronic Systems (ES) and Electronic Assemblies (EA) performanceLead government Electronic Warfare performance testingServe as the primary point of contact for all firmware development and debugging activities for Electronic Assemblies (EA)Determine what the requirements should be for a product or system based on information from the customer and provide traceability for these requirementsCapture requirements in specific documents such as specifications and interface control documentsQualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of Electronic Warfare, Radar systems design and Requirements engineering experienceActive and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
