Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at RMA of New York in Eastside, New York City. * Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (shifts assigned based on practice need); Weekend rotation, 6:45 AM to 12:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Shifts assigned based on practice need); Two holidays per year * Compensation: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Patient Services Coordinator will:

• Interacting with patients; practicing effective, courteous communication
• Working the front desk
• Answering telephone and scheduling appointments
• Preparing charts; consistently ensuring appropriate forms are used
• Collecting patient payments due at the time of service; verifying accurate

insurance information

• Good judgement and takes initiative.
• Interpersonal Skills: approachable, outgoing, and exhibit a professional

disposition.

• Passionate about providing excellent patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.

What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include: * A successful candidate must possess a High School Degree, Associates or bachelor's preferred.

• Strong verbal and reading skills.
• Basic familiarity with computers and office devices.
• Familiarity with computer applications (Microsoft Suite).
• Medical office experience is a plus, interest in the field of reproductive

medicine a must. More important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
