We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality comprehensive dental care while building lasting relationships with patients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern, supportive environment with an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork at a fast pace where you can run 2 columns of clinical dentistry and effectively navigate the clinical treatment and oversight of hygiene columns simultaneously.
Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and conditions affecting the teeth, gums, and oral cavity.
Perform comprehensive dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and other restorative treatments.
Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Follow all infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and sterilization guidelines.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
QualificationsDoctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license in good standing.
Experience with surgical extractions, single implant placement, and molar endodontics.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
