Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team in the vibrant San Ramon, CA area. This opportunity allows you to work in diverse communities, including Oakland, Berkeley, and Richmond, providing essential care and support to those in need.

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough patient evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans
Implementing therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance patient mobility
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Providing education and support to patients and their families
Traveling within assigned territories and occasionally outside the service area
Weekend coverage may be required to meet patient needs

Requirements for this role include:

Current CA PT License
BLS certification
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
TB test (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual)
Drug screen and Physical
Need 1 year experience in setting
