Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or pending SLP license in Florida (or willingness to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous school experience valued, but open to clinicians with pediatric backgrounds
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings (onsite, hybrid, or virtual based on assignment)
• Maintain progress documentation and compliance with district standards
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational success
