Sr. Project Manager

Performance Objectives
Deliver 100% of projects on time and within budget by utilizing advanced project management methodologies.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to successfully execute projects, achieving at least 95% client satisfaction ratings.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain project integrity and minimize delays.
Foster strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to gain repeat business and referrals.
Innovate and implement process improvements to boost efficiency by 15% year-over-year.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to enhance project feasibility and sustainability standards.
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to post-completion evaluation.
Environment & Resources
Join a dedicated team of 10 project and field professionals, where you will report directly to the Director of Operations. Utilize our comprehensive project management tools and resources to achieve optimal outcomes, backed by a knowledgeable support system that values expertise and innovation.
Essential Qualifications
10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully and sustainably.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Proficiency in modern project management software and methodologies.
Deep understanding of construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
