What you’ll do Drive the sales growth, operations, and financial performance of a multi‑million‑dollar business by developing & executing a growth‑oriented sales plan focused on servicing our diverse markets Manage full P&L and local forecasting responsibility Partner with key suppliers in assigned geography to optimize the relationship and supply chain Establish team sales goals and objectives, measure performance, provide feedback, and develop talent Establish pricing strategy and local stock management strategies to meet market needs and grow the business Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset & demonstrate excellent visionary leadership Promote an empowered local culture that attracts and retains top talent Perform other duties as assigned We are looking for passionate leaders who bring initiative and creativity while putting the customer at the center of all they do!
