Staff Physical Therapist

The Staff Physical Therapist provides patient care assessment and treatment. Identify plan and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility relieve pain increase strength and decrease/ prevent deformity. Responsible for mentoring Therapists Assistants Technicians and Students. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Facilitates the provision of excellent customer service.

EDUCATION: Bachelors or Masters Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.

EXPERIENCE: None.

LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION: Current NC Board of Physical Therapy license or eligible.

OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Analytical abilities to delegate personnel problem solve with positive solutions. Good interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate interactions with stated customers and staff members.
