Requirements Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 24 Pay Rate: $1076.70 - $1165.50 This facility is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: 24-hr call · Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient (clinic visits, inpatient rounding, CVOR) · Types of Cases: Cardiac surgery support (CT call coverage), vein harvesting (EVH), first assist in CVOR, inpatient rounding, clinic patient management · Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): eCW · Certifications Required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) · Licensure Required: Must have active Virginia License and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) Facility Location Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Salem is one of Virginia's most scenic cities.
