Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• NV License
• 2 Years CVICU Experience
• Must be open heart trained - Post Op Day 0 heart experience as well as experience with IABP and Impella
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS

• Must live 100 miles away
