Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Exceptional Care, Compassionate Hearts We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As a leading healthcare provider in Burkburnett, Texas, we are committed to delivering patient-centered care and empowering patients to live their best lives. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Conduct vital signs, perform routine assessments, and document patient information. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements Current LVN license in the state of Texas. Completion of an accredited LVN program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
