If you are professional, have integrity, love people, and like to get things done, apply today!Weekend Schedule:Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PMSunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PMResponsibilitiesGreet and receive prospects and customersFriendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employeesCalculates the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system.Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair orderMakes change accurately and issues receipts to customersRecords totals of repair orders verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of the shiftRefers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.Assist with various clerical duties as neededRequirementsHigh School Diploma or higherA professional appearanceA clean driving record & valid driver's licenseMust be authorized to work in the USAMust be able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks (MVR, drug test)Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunities for all associates.
