We offer Urgent Care-only tracks or Hybrid roles that combine the fast-paced Urgent Care environment with lower-acuity Emergency Department shifts. Our Urgent Care sites are equipped with point-of-care labs and plain radiographs interpreted by pediatric radiologists , ensuring you have the data you need for precise diagnosis. Procedural Mastery: Maintain and sharpen your procedural skillset, including abscess drainage, foreign body removal, and complex laceration repair. Your Role in Our Growth: As a Physician in our division, you will assess and treat acute injuries and illnesses, manage patient throughput, and foster strong collaborative relationships with our multidisciplinary staff and patient families. Schedule & Facilities: Urgent Care Coverage: 5 PM–Midnight (M-F) and 10 AM–8 PM (Weekends). Emergency Department: Variable shifts (Days/Evenings/Overnights) for hybrid roles. Location: Multiple locations across the Phoenix Metro area, one of the most vibrant and fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the U.S. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
