As a Back of House Team Member, you will not only work for an independent Owner/Operator but also gain valuable life experience that goes beyond serving great food in a friendly environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests and ensuring they receive the signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
