Front Office Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team! This associate will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer and direct inbound telephone calls
Maintain organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Renew Yearly City/Village Permits
Assist in Preparing Client Proposals, Presentations and Correspondence
Back up to Office manager
Oversee phone system
Responsibility for field crews' pre-site all in for JULIE and Diggers every week
Email information to remote office

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Polite and Friendly service attitude
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
