EAH Housing is seeking a Resident Manager I with Housing to oversee two affordable housing communities in Point Reyes Station, CA. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, including administration, facilities, and marketing, within Project Based Section 8 and Tax Credit properties. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.
