Portsmouth, Virginia - PM&R Medical Director Opportunity Inpatient Rehab Facility Clinical Role:

Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physiatrist
Role based at an inpatient rehab facility
Join a team of four physicians in the local market
Shared call rotation of 1:4
Expect to see 18-20 patients per day
Group maintains a strong compliance program

Physicians employed as W2 employees (part-time via 1099)

Guaranteed salary:
$180,000/year for full-time physicians
$200,000/year for Medical Directors
70% of billings after meeting bonus threshold
Most full-time providers earn $230,000-$425,000+ with salary and production
