Process Engineer

Reference: PR/611429_1790194671We are seeking a Process Engineer to support high-volume consumer electronics manufacturing with a focus on Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). This role will drive process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and support new product launches while ensuring quality, efficiency, and reliability.ResponsibilitiesSupport and optimize PCBA manufacturing processes including SMT, reflow soldering, AOI, SPI, ICT, and functional testing.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, quality, throughput, and cost reduction.Lead root cause analysis and resolution of production issues using methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, Fishbone, and 5 Why.Troubleshoot production and assembly issues using root cause analysis techniques.Support new product introductions (NPI), process validation, and manufacturing readiness activities.Develop and optimize manufacturing work instructions, process parameters, and standard operating procedures.Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance.Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and process controls.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in electronics manufacturing.Strong hands-on experience with PCBA processes and SMT manufacturing.Knowledge of IPC standards, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience with high-volume consumer electronics manufacturing environments preferred.
