Position Overview: The Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. You will be supported in developing leadership skills to help build your career path. As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers on a regular basis, leading the customer experience with the store team. The assistant manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, is involved in executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. Location: Store 1416 – Shoppes at Arbor Lks – maurices – Maple Grove, MN 55369 Position Type: Regular / Full time Pay Range: Hourly: $19.27 – $20.95 Pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. The minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) will be met based on city, county and state requirements. This position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Holiday pay includes New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and two weeks of new parent leave for birth, adoption or foster placement.
