Description: Current and valid driver's license or state-issued ID is required. Utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address within the last three months is required. The address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. First-timers are not accepted. The candidate must have experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry. Floating to other areas may be required to meet facility needs. Candidates must agree to float to other facilities as needed, up to 75 miles. Local candidates, defined as those within 75 miles, are not eligible to apply. RTO with holidays or more than 5 days will not be accepted. All candidates must have no license hits. Two supervisory references are required for submission. Candidates must provide a valid DL or ID and utility bill per the specified requirements. Any gaps in the traveler's profile of three months or more must have an explanation in the work history. All candidates must have a minimum of one year of separation from previous employment with any healthcare provider to be eligible for submission. Modules required for orientation may vary by specialty. Modules are recorded via facility reports.
