Compliance Officer

ACWI71081 - Compliance Officer - La Crosse, WI We are working with a community bank with under $500 million in assets that is seeking to fill a compliance role near La Crosse, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience. This individual will oversee and maintain the bank's compliance program, policies, and procedures. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state banking regulations. Administer and monitor the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) programs. Oversee customer due diligence, Customer Identification Program (CIP), suspicious activity monitoring, and required reporting, including SARs and CTRs. Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and monitoring to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions. Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and follow-up on findings.
