Responsibilities
- Learn about cigar brands, products, and accessories
- Provide excellent customer service in a lounge setting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Restock inventory and assist with general housekeeping duties
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Current Food Handler Certification required
- Current TABC Certification required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Previous serving, hospitality, retail, or lounge experience is a plus
- Must be comfortable with the smell and presence of cigar smoke
