Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Tennessee
• School-based OT experience preferred
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Leadership capabilities to supervise COTAs

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 120 students
• Oversee and collaborate with three COTAs throughout the district
• Travel between school sites as needed
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
