Urology Physician

• Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed -Ongoing
• Preferred Schedule: Clinic w call
  • Mon-Fri 8a-4p
  • 24hr pager call 7a-7a (30min response required)
  • Avg 5 days/one week per month w overnight call and minimal patients scheduled during the day
• Worksite Setting: Inpatient / outpatient
• Scope of Work:
  • Avg 20-25 patients per day in Clinic
  • APP Mid-level coverage available 8a-4p; APPs will handle all daytime consults, rounding, etc.
  • A handful of patients are scheduled during clinic hours.
  • Locum would only work at one location a day. Call is for both Jameson & Horizon.
  • Call Volume per night: 0-4
  • Cross credential at three worksites: outpatient Nesbitt Clinic, inpatient Jameson and Horizon Shenango Valley
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license, active DEA, BC, min 3 years of experience, ACLS, BLS
• EMR: Epic
