Responsibilities Work on projects that have real impact on clients Support our team of wealth‑management experts Attend presentations by WMA leaders to help you understand our industry, culture, and strategy Gain product knowledge from internal and external partner sessions Plan team marketing events and material Assist with responsibilities of running an entrepreneurial business model Qualifications Ideally enrolled in a two‑ or four‑year college or university. Specific qualifications include: Balanced resume with solid academic performance and campus involvement Genuine interest in a career in Wealth Management Positive, can‑do attitude Ability to analyze problems, generate ideas, and make decisions Good judgment Planning, organizing, and executing tasks Effective communication and teamwork skills Persistence to complete tasks Additional Experience (Optional) Participation in team sports, volunteer projects, or academic challenges that showcase relevant achievements Location Honolulu – working in the Honolulu office addressing ultra‑high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.
