Registered Nurse Surgery

Schedule: 3x12 days

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 32 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state or from a valid compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, compassionate, individualized nursing care for patients and families.
• Collaborate with providers, staff, and other team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Triage incoming patient requests for services.
• Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and promote wellness.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures as needed.
• Coordinate patient care with other practices and facilities as needed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines.
