This individual will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects with the entire production team and will be engaged with daily activities as well as long term projects. We require a creative and detail-oriented engineer who is devoted to learning and continuous improvement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop process flow chartsConduct time studiesWrite detailed work instructionsSelect assembly tools & equipmentDevelop plant/cell layoutsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Degree candidate in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial EngineeringBasic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing TechniquesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)DESIRED SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Vehicle and system troubleshooting experienceKnowledge of wide variety of processes such as Assembly, Fabrication and MachiningExperience using 3D CAD programs such as Solidworks or CreoADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: In addition, the ideal candidate must:Be a team playerHave great attention to detailHave strong verbal and written communication skillsBe reliable (with reliable mode of transportation)Have strong work ethic and pride in their workmanshipPay Range:$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
