Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Resilience Water Team in Miami, Florida!This is more than just a project management role — it’s an opportunity to use your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovative solutions for conveyance, treatment, and master planning projects across Miami-Dade County and South Florida. You’ll play a key role in delivering transformative municipal infrastructure, mentoring rising talent, and strengthening client partnerships — all while growing your own career with a global leader in sustainable design and engineering.Role accountabilities:As a client-facing Project Manager and Engineer, you’ll lead the delivery of diverse water and wastewater projects. Your responsibilities will include:Managing the planning, design, and construction of treatment facilities, pump/lift stations, and distribution and collection systemsLeading cross-functional project teams from concept through completionBuilding trusted relationships with municipal clients and guiding them through every step of the project lifecycleMentoring junior staff and ensuring technical excellence across your teamDeveloping scopes of work, budgets, and construction documentsSupporting strategic growth efforts through proposals, pursuit planning, and teaming strategyQualifications & Experience:Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineeringPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering12 years of experience managing municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projectsP.E. license (or ability to obtain one in Florida within 6 months)Why Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $107,281 - $151,911.
